With the end of the season I just wanted to pass on a thank-you to all the readers and posters at BCB. I joined this site in December and followed it through to the end. I'll certainly follow throughout the winter to see if our new team president is right when he said we deserve a world series and would get one.

For all of you that posted throughout the year and got some laughs, good job. For all of you that take a hard look at our passion, the Cubs, thanks for sharing.

Lastly, many people have thanked Al throughout the season. Let me say for someone who follows the Cubs with such fervor and dedication, who never seems to miss a day, a diary, a quote or a misdeed, how in the world do you do it? The hours you put into this site is unbelievable. Many thanks for making this a great site for Cubs fans. I for one am so appreciative of the time you put in for all of us. Awesome job Al. You're the best!

Now, let's hope for next year and playoff fever for all of us that followed all year, every year with the hope we'll see a world series in Wrigley soon.
