Why I'm thankful
It's time to reflect on another positive that the end of the season brings...

I don't know about all of you, but I relieved and thankful that this season is over and we can finally put this nightmare behind us.
This has been one of the hardest Cubs season to sit through in many many years, just because it seemed to repeat itself over and over again, you could almost predict when it was going to happen.
You may think that I'm talking about injuries to starting pitchers, or perhaps to a blown save by Ryan Dempster, or even a bonehead move by soon-to-be-former manager Dusty Baker...
... but you would be wrong. I od course am talking about that stupid Goldenpalace.com commercial with Dennis Rodman that kept showing up on WGN during Cubs games.
Here's hoping that the sales folk at the Superstation work overtime and we aren't forced to sit through Jason Giambi selling deodorant, or Dennis Rodman trying to get us to gamble.
