Non-baseball diary - warmth edition
It was 72 degrees here yesterday and a windy but beautiful 50 this morning here in Chattanooga.
The disadvantages of being so far from my Cubs in the summer make so much more sense in the winter. I plan on working in the garden this weekend - shoveling top soil and compost instead of snow...
While the Calvin (and Hobbs) in me misses the snow at times I can say with certainty I do not miss the cold.
