Rank the GMs

This is kind of a cool poll on espn, to compare what you think about all the baseball GMs, against everyone else.

My top GM was Dombrowski of the Tigers and my worst GM was Flanigan of the Orioles.

I ranked Jim Hendry number 10.

Terry Ryan
should be in the top five.

i'm surprised
jockety wasn't rated higher, considering how much success the cards have year in, year out.

hendry should be ranked in the bottom five. i doubt any gm has a worse ratio of wins to payroll.

bavasi and purpura are sure making a run for the bottom of the list with their moves so far this off-season.

DEJESUS!!!

I'd argue..
...the Twins' GM, Terry Ryan, should be ranked first.  Small market, smaller payroll, playoff regular the last few years.  Does great things with nothing, gets little credit, and the team still blows people away.
