Resignations in order

When a person is serving the public, in the public eye or in a high profile position and things go in the crapper, most of the time they resign from public pressure. Now I know many of you are thinking of Dusty but I want to recommend a start with two coaches, Dick Pole and Gene Clines. Our hitting is the worse excuse for major league hitting on the planet. We swing at first pitches, rarely take walks and in the last 20 or so games, never drive anybody in; of course you have to have baserunners to drive in. Gene Clines, take one for the team and bow out. This is a start. Next, have any of you ever heard of Dick Pole doing anything? The TV cameras never show him, is he even at the games? Ever heard quotes from him, advice given? Get someone that compliments our manager, good cop/bad cop thing. Now I know this all points to the man in charge, so be it. If these two step away, and I'm asking them do do that TODAY, maybe Rothchild will follow. I can certainly live with Sarge at first and Spiers at 3rd, I'm just surprised they stay awake during games with so little action on the basepaths. I know many of you will call for Dusty to beat it and that won't happen, at least until July. Let's get another hitting coach, a bench coach and go to the all-star break and see if we change our approach. Do the decent thing Gene Clines, resign from the worse hitting mess in MLB.
