How to remove your old posts on Usenet?

I did a google search on my name and found all my posts on Usenet (alt.baseball.chicago-cubs) still there for all to see, WITH SOME GOING BACK A COUPLE OF YEARS! How do I change that (delete the old posts) and have them also not save my future posts?
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!)
Now, how do I get this post up to 300 characters..............

kind of scary how much stuff people say on these boards about themselves, not thinking about how long it stays out there. the non-baseball diaries are famous for this.
