I recall an article that I think was in the Sun-Times or maybe just the Sun(Local newspaper here in Will County) That the Cubs where seriously considering making the Joliet JackHammers and affilate team.
Now, I cant be definately sure of this but if not does this team have an MLB affiliate? And on the subject of Minor leauge affilates, what does that actually mean for both clubs? I mean obviously it has something to do with Players etc. But does that mean that an MLB team runs the minor leauge team?
