Anyone else have an mlb.com backorder?

I ordered three shirts on Saturday night with overnight shipping, hoping to have them by tomorrow.  In checking the order status it gives no estimate of delivery.

I finally called today and was told to expect about a week for delivery.  Apparently they don't pre-print these so that's the reason for the wait.  I'm jealous of you guys up North who can just buy these in the store....

I'm the same way
Hoped to have them with overnight shipping by Thursday... having a week backorder with no notice is really bad business.
There is no place like Nebraska - Go Huskers!

Edit:
I just ordered a hat (the style of which (locker room) they don't even have available on the site anymore)

If I knew there would be a week backorder or more, I would of had my North Suburb-based brother pick me up a hat and overnight it himself.

Placed an order
on Saturday morning. This is the only email response that I have so far:

We received your order,  which included advanced sale items that are unavailable for immediate shipment.  Once the product is available for processing, you will receive a new order
confirmation email.

Haven't heard anything since. Garbage. Nothing available in the Fargo, ND sporting goods stores so I'll just have to wear my traditional Cubs game-watching clothes for the upcoming games. I'm more comfortable doing that anyway.

Same problem..
I did the same thing. I posted a diary about how fresturating this was. When I called MLB.com told me I Could cancel at anytime. I noticed they deducted the money from my account too even already. I would order them and have it overnighted from another source but if you look they all say 1-5 days for shipping. It's useless. Ugh. GOOD GOING MLB.COM!

I did order, but haven't heard a thing from them.
Luckily, my shirt is clean for tomorrow.

Hm.  What with TBS and all, they're not really doing all that well...

Another option...
...shop the local stores online at www.wrigleyvillesport.com or www.cubworld.com.  I had an mlb.com backorder but I canceled it yesterday and just walked a few blocks to wrigleyville sports.  Canceling the order was painless.

Happened to my brother
he order from mlb.com like 4 weeks ago and they confirmed the order but never shipped it and he had to call and complain.

But..
Tonight I got an email from MLB.com thanking me for being a Brewers fan becuase of my recent purchase. Right. I bought Cubs Merchandise becuase Im a Brewers fan? It did have a 15% off coupon. That I am curious to see if it only works on Brewers stuff.

Does Soriano's defense at 2B really cost more runs than in LF? He makes a lot fewer errors in LF since misplays and mental mistakes aren't figured into the stats, but I have to imagine that his mistakes are more physical at 2B. Any thoughts? Is there a statistic on this?
