NLCS ticket buying question

It was pretty easy to understand we would not have home field advantage in the NLDS. When tickets go on sale Thursday for the NLCS how will they be sold? Home game 1, 2, 3 and possible 4? If Colorado wins to face the Cubs wouldn't we host and have home field advantage since we were a division winner and they a wild card? I could use some help figuring this out. In trying for tickets I would like to know which of the posted dates we would be at home and since these go on sale after only one NLDS game, how can MLB figure who will have the home field advantage to sell home game 4. Home game one could be either Thursday or Sunday depending on home field advantage.

Thanks for your help in helping all of us prepare for Thursday morning after our first playoff win over the D'Backs!
