That was pretty much a no brainer

 Hopefully he can pitch more consistently next season and more like the Eyre of the 2nd half. When he's pitching well, he's a great option for that pen.

hopefully he figures out whatever it is he needs to figure out.  looking at his career numbers his era's and whip are absolutely all over the place, and the first/second half era this year is almost unthinkable.  hopefully scotty can get off to a good start this year and not look back.
