Cubs Convention Tix needed

Tried with no success to get two Cubs Convention tickets. I would love to buy two and am willing to pay $25 over ticket price. Please let me know if you have 2 to sell. Thanks, I really appreciate it. Would also consider trade of two regular season tickets, depending on the game of course.

... there isn't a longer diary on this. I got through almost immediately this morning for my passes and the General Admission number shown on the invoice was already in the 600s. Seemed like it sold out in 5-10 minutes.

Guys

Do the hotel next year. You get 4 passes per room. Get a couple of buddies or go with 1 friend. The hotel for 1 night is 200 bucks but the passes are 50. Put a little money away every month.

Stay Friday night and have a blast downtown Friday night.

When I was young it was a big highlight of my year. Now that I'm old and have 3 kids to tote around it's still a highlight but more complicated.

I maintain I really married my husband to have someone to dance with on Saturday night at the party.

I still think a get together Saturday between the last seminar and the party is a must. Even people not going can join us. My suggestion is Giordanos. Stuff ourselves into a few taxis should only be a few bucks each to get over there.

The funny thing about the convention

Is I have an album actually albums where I have all my pictures through the years.

My personal favorite from the olden days is of me and Maddux. For my birthday two years ago the hubby got it blown up and autographed by Greg who commented on how young he looked in it. (we both did it's from 1988).
