Now that it appears Adam Everett is out of the picture in Houston, it might be a good time to grab him on the cheap (for one of the Cubs less desirable minor league pitchers).  Trust me, I realize Everett can't hit a lick, but he's probably one of the three best fielding shortstops in the NL.  Since the Astros just cleaned out their pitching cupboard, we could probably dangle some young fringe pitchers in the deal.  What's the consensus - does his pitiful offense offset his defensive contributions? Z-Man's ERA will probably drop a run with this guy in the field.
