Warning: MLB Shop on Cubs.com

As a person who has worked retail, and customer service around the holiday's I know how stressful and demanding the job can be. I know the diffculties around this time, dealing with a tremendous work load, sassy, arrogant customers and the like.

But, I cannot stand for incompetence.

EVERY single time I order something from MLB Shop on Cubs.com it get fouled up. In 2003 I ordered a Cubs Championship Hat, and Shirt (the shirt i saw listed all the players on the back) Never received the hat, and the shirt was minus the players names on the back. Obviously not my order. Called up customer service, told me they'd mail me back a new set,and send back the incorrect one, Never got it. Talked to there customer service for weeks and finally was just too pissed off to care anymore.

2005 I ordered a Derek Lee jersey, I received it, opened it up and had a large stain over the Cubs logo. Called up customer service once again and was basically told "Its not our problem, and they hung up the phone. Luckly, I was able to get it cleaned from the dry cleaners, but thats not the point.

Finally This year, I ordered my girlfriend, a Chicago Cubs fleece, (Royal Blue, with a small Cubs logo on the collar, Lou Pinella wears it usually.)

Today, I picked up the package at a UPS Store, wrong size, and wrong color. (It was all pink)

Im done, I am totally writing off that website, Im so mad right now, I dont know what to do. This was a Christmas gift, I know she wont like the all pink shirt. WTF!

So thats why sharing my story with you all, so this doesn't happen to you.
