Police tickets available to season ticket holders ??

Has anyone heard any information on whether tickets to The Police concerts July 5/6th at Wrigley will be made available to Cubs season ticket holders? I've receieved no response to my email to the Cubs directly and I seem to remember having the opportunity to buy Buffett tickets (although I passed on those). The Wrigley dates don't show up on the Ticket Master site where there is a blank for the July 5th and 6th dates.

I thought I heard they will
I think someone asked this at the convention would the concert they had been talking about (the Police hadn't been confirmed as the concert) be a situation where season ticket holders have first dibs.

I think they said most likely but not decided for sure.

We took advantage of the Jimmy Buffet oppurtunity and had a blast.

It's my birthday weekend so we're not going either way to the Police but if they do make them available to us we may grab them for friends.

If we weren't already booked for a trip to New York and DC that weekend I'd love to go to that concert.  I love the Police.

For Cub fans spring training combines the eternal hope of spring with the irrational belief in the impossible.

I have not heard...
... but I may be able to find out when I'm at the game today. I will report back this evening if I find out anything.

Thanks, Al
Also no sign on tickets.com of any Police tickets info. I'll keep pestering the Cubs themselves

I find it interesting...
... that they're using tickets.com for this. All the rest of the shows on the Police tour are using Ticketmaster.

I'm pretty sure...
...that ticketing is by venue, so any Wrigley events would be handled between Tickets.com.

I e-mailed my season ticket holder
rep yesterday about the same subject and listed below is her response...

Yes, there will be an e-mail going out soon regarding the concert.  There will be a lottery similar to the Jimmy Buffett concert.
