Wrigley Field Through a Teenagers EYES!!

Our daughter who is getting ready to graduate and head to college wrote this for her high school English class.  She was a Walgreens batkid when she was younger and met Sosa, Grace, Girardi and loves the Cubs. Her 18th birthday party was a Cubs party and she doesn't want a graduation cake, she wants a Cubs cake.  In one other post, Al spoke of two girls waiving to Matt Murton in spring training.  This was the girl...a true believer.

Walls of Green Ivy,
They tell me you have a revolting wind that never stops and I believe them for I have seen you help the opposing team win games with over the fence hits.

And they tell me you have no parking and I answer:  
Yes, it is true I have seen millions upon millions of people walking to your grounds.  
And they tell me you are full of disappointments and my reply is:  
You let Steve Bartman in your park, and continued the Curse of the Billy Goat.
And having answered so I turn once more to those who mock at this MY Wrigley Field, and I give them back the mockery remarks and say to them:
Come and show me another ballpark with the GREATEST baseball fans in the world.

The ballpark with the best Chicago style Hot Dogs and Bubba Burgers.  And baseball players who go from rookies to legends just by sporting the

Under the lights, and Green Ivy lays a DREAM..
