I'm not commenting on whether or not the Cubs still have a shot at the playoffs.  But, like some other people, I enjoy playing general manager in my head.  I'd be interested to hear what people think we could get for certain players at the trade deadline, and what teams would want them.  

I'll start with a couple thoughts:

Michael Barrett and Michael Wuertz to the A's for Jason Kendall and Travis Buck.

Cliff Floyd to the White Sox for a minor league reliever.

In this unlikely world of the Cubs dealing for the future, whither Ryan Dempster?  Bob Howry?  Jacque Jones?  Mark DeRosa?  Anyone else?  

I realize the even teams with a firesale rarely deal more than a couple of guys.  I'm just wondering what you think COULD happen around late July.
