Baseball Reference.
Hey sniddly I haven't seen you around, if you're new- welcome! If not, nice to meet you. Baseball Reference is a must have type of resource and it's free. Here's the link- http://www.baseball-reference.com/ Baseball Prospectus is great, but you have to pay for it. It's about $10/month- worth every penny imo- I'm a subscriber .

To get the stats you referred to: once you're at the Baseball Reference home page- click "players"- then click the letter of the last name- click again to narrow it down- click on the player's name- that brings you to his main stats page, above the stat table you'll see "splits"- next to it you can select any year or whole career- click what you want and there you are. Here's an example- http://www.baseball-reference.com/pi/bsplit.cgi?n1=floydcl01&year=00
Hope it's what you're looking for.

Didn't read your post carefully...
...enough- sorry. Anyway, Baseball Reference will get you what you want. At the home page, click "Teams"- click on the team you want- then click on the year you're interested in- that brings you to the teams main stats page- at the top of the table, you'll see "splits"- next to it you'll see "bat/pitch" click bat and there you are. Example- http://www.baseball-reference.com/pi/bsplit.cgi?team=CHC&year=2007
