BCB has a Ticket Exchange you might want to post this at (you can find it on the left sidebar off the main page)

Stubhub.com has plenty of tickets available for under $50.

Check Cubs.com about a day or two before the game starts, often seats are released (usually decent, too) for face value.

A suggestion

First check the Cubs the night before they release tickets some times. Otherwise go down when box office opens and if they have no good tickets buy standing room , you can nearly always find seats to sit in in the terrace or upper deck ( the ushers patrol the boxes so that is hard)
