He did it at home. He did it to cheers. And his speech afterward was well said; I found it touching, at least.
It would have been the game-winning run, had the Nationals not come back to rally.
Ok, ladies and gentlemen, all the history one can stand to have made has been made this summer, from Biggio to Bonds and all that's inbetween. It's time for the pennant chase to step front and center.
