as many waiting room windows as you can when trying on the internet. I have had luck when I have about 100 waiting room windows up nistead of one or two.
Also does anyone know why they have different phone numbers for Illinois residents and out of towners? Does the IL line get first priority? Being out of town can I use the IL number or would that get me nowhere?
