Since there seems to be a lot of questions about who will be broadcasting what, when and how, here's your comprehensive guide to the playoff TV schedules. I don't want to jinx anything, but at the same time I want people to have enough time to make whatever arrangements they have to to be able to enjoy all of the games.

The important points here are:
No blackouts. That's probably the saving grace here; you will never be blacked out of a game. That's the vast and expansive silver lining.
No local rebroadcast. Games on TBS (or their alternate for simultanious broadcasts, TNT) will only be available on those channels. If you don't have cable or sattelite, you won't get those games.
Limited HD availability. TBS is supposed to be launching an HD simulcast feed this month; DirecTV is the only carrier who has committed to having the TBS HD feed. However, there have been technical problems delaying the additional HD channels on DirecTV, so that may not even occur in time for the start of the playoffs. Update [2007-9-23 2:31:2 by cwyers]:Comcast will add the TBS-HD feed in some markets October 1st. No word yet as to whether or not Chicago is one of them.
No MLB.tv. Well, at least not in the United States, Canada, Guam, US Virgin Islands, South Korea and Japan. You know, just the majority of the countries that would actually desire such a thing.
TBS will have the following commentators:
Play-by-play
Color commentators
Field reporters
I will continue to keep this updated as events warrant.
