Help with SRO strategy

I've got 2 tickets to the Game 2 NLDS...

Star-divide

But they're SRO. I've never had standing-room-only tickets. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Are there separate lines? Should I get to the park WAY early? Any experienced BCB'ers have some advice on where to stand? With the way the Cubs are playing, I wouldn't have sat down much anyways, but I want to get the best placement I can. Any help would be great! :)

Just had standing room Saturday
There is no separate line, you enter just as you would with any other ticket. We got there when the gates opened (2 hrs before the game) to get the best spot. For us, the best spot is EXACTLY even with third base. In this spot you have a pole just beyond the infield dirt and behind home plate. This gives you a nice unobstructed view of the entire infield. Also, this location is right at the edge of one of the ramps going to the upper deck, so if you are allowed to sit on the railing, there isnt a massive drop if you were to slip backwards off the rail.

Just to make it clearer...
... the only SRO area is in the lower deck, behind the last row of seats. There is (or used to be) a yellow line painted on the concrete that marks where the SRO's are supposed to stand.

Thanks Al
Forgot to let them know about where the SRO is at, right now (at least where I was) its a barely visable green line.

FAR LF LINE
I go to the end of the LF line.  YOu will have to deal with smokers, but you get an unobstructed view of the entire outfield, and the majority of the infield.  I enjoy it, because you are removed, but you have room to move.
That is where I ALWAYS go to SRO.

98
I did the 98 division series in SRO behind the plate.  It's worth it to get in the park, but you get tired of standing and constantly have to make sure no one is poaching your spot.
