Who is your "pick to click" (Sorry)
I’m taking Soriano. I say he comes through big time.
Dallas Green!

Fukudome
Surprises everyone with something spectacular.
Second pick would be Ryan Dempster – 7 innings, 3 hits, 2 BB, 1 ER.

The Cubs.
Seriously. I hope this is a statement game that shows us as the dominant NL team. I wanna see Demp pitch a 7 or 8 innings of a gem and the entire lineup contributing.
The way this TEAM has played all year it would be fitting.

I've had the felling for a bit..
that or DLee. I don’t think he was holding back at the end of the year b/c he started hitting the ball more towards the end but something tells me he is going to have a big playoffs

definitely
Jimmy Ballgame is going to have a great postseason. He’s been here many times before. I was very skeptical when we he picked him up, but he’s a Cubbie now!!!!

i really wanted to see fontenot in the lineup tonight
against Lowe, good low-ball hitter (no pun intended)
are gates still opening 2 hours before today?

I think you got it right...
…and I am going with Lee, Theriot and Fukudome in regards to offensive production tonight.
I don’t think Lowe is the best match up for Edmonds, but I expect him to make some noise in this series.

Is Furcal Healthy?
Their lineup changes to something dangerous with a healthy Furcal at the top.

The Dodgers lineup was announced by Torre yesterday
so I guess he is healthy enough to start.
My next sig line quote will also be from Lou Piniella, and the first word will be either "Look", or "Listen", followed by a comma.

There's a good chance that
that is the lineup, but I don’t see that anywhere on Suntimes.com.

no johnson?
I’d rather not see Fukudome in there—perhaps Lou is worried about DeRosa’s calf and doesn’t want to put him in right.
Also, Reed Johnson is 4-11 against Lowe, while Edmonds is 5-30 (ouch). I think I’d rather see Johnson in there.
But the way it’s gone this year, whoever’s in there usually contributes!

Crystal ball: Manny misplays a ball
on a Fukudome or Soriano sinking line drive to LF, letting the Cubs back in the game.
Later, Aram hits walk off HR vs Broxton.
Cubs win 3-2.

Manny in our outfield
Right is def harder to play then left, but left is still tricky. I would imagine that Manny might have a couple of problems, especially if there are any balls that go to the ivy or in the corner.
