Why, God Why?
There will be a day where tonight doesn't hurt, I'm sure of it. But I've got to ask, if there's a greater power, why does he do this to one group of people? Now, before vanity runs amock, I realize that God could give a rat's ass less who wins this series. But when is right going to be right, and wrong going to be wrong? What's it going to take?
God damn, this hurts.

Perhaps we've been fooling ourselves this whole time...
The Cubs are evil and The Yankees are good….food for thought.
As I've told you before, I never repeat myself.

Don't blame Him ..
Lay the blame at the feet of the men looking in the mirrors in the visitor’s clubhouse right now in Los Angeles. He gave them talent they did not use. The inevitable then occurred
That’s this old preacher’s take .. FWIW ..
Well, Next Year is here .. and Jack's century's gotta end some time .. GO CUBBIES!
Haha
Yeah, it hurts, but I am over it already. It’s like death, taxes, and rejection on prom night, it is just going to happen. Winning it all would be great, but I also understand that it just may not happen.
One thing that I asked the baseball gods last night as I watched Dodger Stadium party with all the celebrities and a sellout crowd, was this:
Baseball gods, why do the fans in LA, who show up in the 2nd or 3rd inning, have a Dodger Dog and Heineken and leave around the 7th inning get to celebrate a sweep of the NL’s best record team, while loyal fans of the Cubs get to watch their team fall flat in a short series against a team that barely crept over the .500 mark?
Their answer?
Ummm, you’re the Cubs.
