I'm trying to send my nephew a gift subscription to Vine Line. It's not clear how I'm supposed to do it, but when I enter my information and submit I get a popup "The service did not respond. Please try again later." Does anyone have a Customer Service phone number so I can just do this over the phone?

You could call the Cubs office on Monday and ask.

That’s probably your best bet. 773-404-2827, when the recording starts press “zero” and an operator will come on.

Here is the info.

Customer service circulation office 800-618-8377. Operators on duty from 8am to 4:30pm central time Monday – Friday. I got this info. from my Vine LIne. Been getting the monthly magazine since day 1. Hope this is helpful for you.

Good information above...

… both the phone # and the fact that the ordering page doesn’t like Firefox.

It’s really surprising that any online order page these days wouldn’t be checked for all browsers.
