New Blog: The Boxing Bulletin for Boxing Fans!

I just came across this article and it freaked me out. I obviously don't want to see Kerry playing anywhere else, but this would really stink. I think we've all officially entered bizarro world...

If Kerry Goes Anywhere...

… he’s gotta go at least to a contender.

I don't see it.

Wood wouldn’t close for the Reds, so they probably wouldn’t offer him much money. He’s likely to do better elsewhere.

Aside from the Cubs...

and assuming he’s willing to go to the AL, doesn’t Cleveland make sense for Kerry? They converted 31 of 51 save opportunities last season and a 50% conversion on those blown 20 gives them the division by 3 games.

Not to mention the Indians come to Wrigley next year and Kerry can get his emotional return/standing O without having to face them more often if he signed with someone like Milwaukee.

It won't be the Reds.

They’ve already said they can’t fit him into their payroll.

I’m guessing Mets. We’ll see.
