From the Knoxville (TN) News Sentinel, an interview with VP of Player Personnel Oneri Fleita about Ryne Sandberg and some of the other coaches in the farm system. Also nice to see that at least one professional journalist can't spell 'career.'

I'd say it's pretty clear
that Sandberg has a bright future as a coach/manager in this organization.
