and can't find anywhere to mention that Sean Casey signed with the BoSox.
I like Casey and wouldn't have minded him on the bench with Ward. I know it wasn't a need of the Cubs, and he is left handed like Ward, but he seems to always come up with clutch hits.
A bench with him and Ward would have been pretty intimidating.

Oh also, I think the Cubs should look to get both Roberts AND Bedard.
