Cubs 2008 "mugshots" up online

Just was cruising Cubs.com when I noticed that all the player pictures have been updated for this year. Its always fun to go through and find the worst photo. Derrek Lee doesnt even look like the same guy and Angel Guzman still looks like America's Most Wanted! If I were a player I definately wouldnt want this picture to look too bad as it is the one that gets blown up on the jumbotrons at all the other parks! Im curious to hear comments on these!

Mugshots
Zambrano- despite what we've been told about his weight loss, he looks fat.

Wood- just looks like a bad ass.

Marquis- looks like they took his picture right after he got done spouting off about wanting to be traded.

Gallagher- aloof

Eyre- looks like he found the weight that Zambrano lost.

Dempster- kinda looks like a red haired version of Al.

Patterson- has an "are you f'ing serious" look on his face like the photographer tried to make him smile by waving a cute stuffed animal at him.

Cedeno- Yes I've hit puberty and can actually be seen in a photo with a little facial hair.

With all the money these guys make you'd think they'd get better pictures.

2B???
Is it bad that the site lists him as a second baseman?  I know that's where he first played, but I think there are different plans for him now.

This is only the beginning....Lou Pinella end of '07 season and Chicago Transit Authority (the band when they were really good).

I will take a crack
at what these guys are thinking in their poor quality pics.

Z - looks like he knows he is good with that sly hint of a smile, as he should.
Lee - not a fan of the facial hair, it really makes his face look fat
Guzman - He just got done saying, "If you ever look at my sister again, I will rip out and eat your still beating heart"
Wood - looks like a badass straight out the trailer
Marquis - looks like he just got off the phone with his mom and the last thing she said was, "Try to smile dear, you are still a Cub for now" and all he came up with was a half smirk.
Gallagher - "Holy crap! Woohoo! I really am a Cub!!!" probably follows Z and Wood around trying to be cool like them.
Eyre - "I know I give love the ivy heartburn every time I head out to the mound. I am now starting to need Pepto myself."
Demp - Not a bad pic, just think he must not like his teeth much or he would have cracked a bigger smile.
Patterson - "Can we move this pic along please? I am trying hard to ignore Eyre's gas, but it is thick in here man!"
Cedeno - He is an offical member of the my-neck-is-bigger-around-than-my-head club with an honorable mention for haivng such a compact body to balance it on.
Hill - I just love how cute he is and I like that he always has a big smile. I would be damn happy if I was making major league money too!

Someone had to say it
but D Lee looks stoned. Matter of fact you could make a case for most of them, especially Eric Patterson. And Gallagher -- looks like it was his first time. Right outta That 70s Show.
