PrintThis site is already out of control. It'll overtake Cubs.com as the most obnoxious site known to man, I can see it already. Literally. I can see it already.

My hunch is...
....it's because our "FanPosts" have been taken over by one guy that doesn't know how to comment on the numerous other "FanPosts" about the redesign.
well there are a ton more diaries
the 300 word limit needs to be put back into effect. Not to mention we will most likely see more trolls once the SBNation blogs become in a sense one big blog where everyone can go easily from blog to blog

A little too busy for my taste
I don't mind the redesign, but it is a bit too visually busy for me. I like to keep my sites simple. It is the content that matters. I don't really care about avatars (though it didn't stop me from picking one).

Everything has an avatar.. everything has a box around it... everything is a different color.
It's like 2003 showed up and decided to use a finger paint set to create a new PHBB skin while overdosing on epilepsy medication.
The AJAX-y comment system is the only tangible improvement, though it gives you no feedback while it's doing something (which is very confusing when the site is running slow).
Everything else is an overdesigned mess.
PS I also hate that it forces me to preview before posting. Sometimes I don't want to think things through before I commit.

Okay, this made me laugh out loud.
We're still making changes, trying to move towards a site that's cleaner and easier to use. I also tend to think that some of the new stuff just takes a few days to get used to.
I'm one of the guys who built the new SB Nation. Please don't hesitate to give us feedback.
