This is the first of our Ticket Exchange posts for the 2008 season. As in past years, I am going to try to keep this organized by homestand, but I will also try to keep ahead by at least one homestand. I'm posting this today (March 2) and also will be posting one for the second homestand in April today.

This is for the following series:

Milwaukee, March 31, April 2-3
Houston, April 4-5-6

All games in this homestand start at 1:20. Reminder, face value only for tickets, please. If this post's comments get disabled, please email me and I'll re-enable them.

anyone out there with two for Opening Day?

for at least 3.........for opening day. (yeah.iknow it's a prayer). I got in too late as well despite having 3 puters with 15 browsers open on each one. trying to take my 11 yr old sons to experience it. Not holding my breath......but thought I'd give it a shot

I have 2 tickets to the 2nd game of the season...

April 2nd.

If you can't make it to opening day, by any chance, I will trade you the tickets and maybe will add cash if you need it.

The seats are in section 236 row 17, seats 12 and 13.

I bought them online, so I can give you the confirmation number and you can print them off, when they let you (March 12th)

I am a 16 year old kid who follows the Cubs every day. Check websites constantly and bring a pocket radio to school to listen to the games. I was ecstatic when I thought I got opening day tickets, but I messed up and accidentally purchased the 2nd game of the season instead of opening day.

Looking for 1 or 2 Opening Day Bleachers

One ticket lets my fiancee go to the game while I stay out on Waveland. Two tickets means I get to join her. Yes, she's a Cubs fan, and yes, she has her priorities right. ;-)

I have bleachers for several games throughout the season I'd be willing to trade in exchange for Opening Day bleachers.
White Sox (Sat 6/21), Astros (8/4 70s nite), Cardinals (8/8, 9/19, 9/21), Nationals (8/23), Phillies (8/31), Brewers (9/17).

Or if you'd just prefer the cash, that'd be fine too.

Another Tciket Scam

If anyone attempted to bid on Dugout or Bullpen Box seats yesterday, 3/14/08 and your attempts to acquire a front row or "Row A" seat seemed thawrted, Cubs Ticket Management did it to us again! (Why sit in Row C or B at $220/tic when you can sit in Row A for same price?). They took Row A seats from most of the home games off the Dugout/Bullpen sale yesterday (first day available) and placed them on that outrageous CBOE Auction site!!! Check it out for yourself (setup an acct - cost's nothing). Yes the Row A seats starting auction price is the same as initial posting price, but u can see that the final prices will most likely rise dramtically when people start to auction on them. Tribune/Zell, whomever, squeezing every dime out of the die hard middle income fan!

I have 4 tickets for Staurdays game versus the Astros. The seats are in section 38 row 7 seats 1-4. Selling my lovely pair of terrace reserve infieild seats for all 5 games
More than a few BCB folks have sat there over the years
April 2 & 3 are "bargain" games tickets are 16 each
April 4,5 &6 are "regular " games $28 each

Opening Day tickets for sale

Ok mass confusion ( and bad weather forcast) has left my
Opening Day tickets unclaimed (for years they went to a guy who flew in
from TX but he prefers bleachers)

I've got one ticket for Saturday, 4/5 Aisle 16, Row 1 (behind A, B, and C) next to the Cubbies dugout. Face is $70.00, but I paid $80 and would like to get $80 back for it.
