For those interested in satellite radio, the Department of Justice has announced that it has approved the merger of XM and Sirius, the two satellite radio companies. CNN is currently looking over info on the approval and we'll have to see what comes out of all of this. This certainly is good news for Sirius users who want MLB, which currently is only on XM. There had been talk that if this merger went through entities like MLB, NFL and other sports would be available on an ala cart basis. But the bottom line is that this likely opens up the door for Sirius fans to get MLB.
