Happy Mother's Day everyone

Happy Mother's Day everyone who is a mom and to your moms too!

And here's to the Moms of our Cubbies.

Here's to their moms who fed them good food to help make them strong men.

Here's to the moms who held dinner late or moved around schedules to accomodate their practices, games and such.

Here's to their moms who drove them all over for various practices and games especially as they got older and their talent got them into more games.

Here's to their moms who went and cheered at every game.

Here's to moms everywhere whether your kid is a future all star or just a regular kid.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of SB Nation, Bleed Cubbie Blue, or Al Yellon, editor-in-chief. FanPost opinions are, however, valued expressions of opinion by passionate and knowledgeable baseball fans.

Didn't realize there are people who hate mothers out there

Didn’t realize some people hate mothers.

We are all waiting for that glorious October night when we finally win it all. Until then we will continue to cheer, never do the wave and hope.

Attacking

Attacking someone for making a post celebrating mothers is deranged.

We are all waiting for that glorious October night when we finally win it all. Until then we will continue to cheer, never do the wave and hope.

Hmm...

Did your mother not feed you enough good food?

Oh boy

Here we go again!

All I did

All I did was pay tribute to mothers. Too bad some people don’t think it’s worthy.

And the mothers who raise kids at high levels of sports abilities don’t have it easy.

We are all waiting for that glorious October night when we finally win it all. Until then we will continue to cheer, never do the wave and hope.

Here are two fan video's from the seats that captured Aramis' clutch home run last night. I always enjoy checking out Youtube the day after to see what it was like from a fans perspective after big plays.
Show Us Your BCB T-Shirt

I ran this idea by Al, and he liked it. I thought I'd be fun to get folks to upload pictures of them in their BCB t-shirt. It gives more exposure to Project 3000 and is also a fun way to share who we are.

Al noted "It would be especially cool if people who don't live in Chicago would take the photo at a recognizable location in wherever they live. If you do this, remind people that it's just for fun -- I know some are sensitive about privacy, but if anyone is willing to post a pic like this, it'd be great."

So let's see it, BCB pride!

(p.s. if you all like the idea, recommend this FanShot... it will keep the exposure up and give folks who want to participate time to upload there photo.)

(p.s.s. Order your BCB/Project 3000 t-shirt here)
