Title Of The Music Used in WGN Cubs 04 Review Reel?
It's been shown on YouTube off and on but the quality has been so so. I finally got burnt off the videotape a better looking and sounding one and still, to this day, I get kind of choked up when I hear the song on the radio thinking about how close we got that year.
Thankfully, I think we're better this year. I'm still trying to figure out what the name of that song, along with the artist. Anyone remember?
When I get time, I think I'll post this someday here.

they sure wore the blue a LOT that year.
I’d forgotten about some of those plays.

OT: Where did you get this video
I was looking at the related videos about school dist. 129. I went to West Aurora and Jefferson kind of cool to see.

Are You Thinking Of...
... “Keeping the Dream Alive” by Freiheit ?
Jacque Jones is gone, and I doubt Ivan DeJesus would mind this!

2003...
... this is actually the music played after the Cubs clinched in 2003.

I love that song
The first time I heard it I thought it was actually written for the Cubs. The first time was after the 89 clinching.
We are all waiting for that glorious October night when we finally win it all. Until then we will continue to cheer, never do the wave and hope.

One thing
I thought that was an excellent choice.
Just don’t use the song Fighter for any Chicago team no matter how appropriate it seems.
Used after the 2003 debacle.
Used for Rex Grossman going into the 07 season.
Used for the Bulls before this season.
Sense a pattern?

I can't listen to One Thing...
... without thinking of the episode of Scrubs that it was used in. It’s a great song for the video, but I liked the 2007 highlight video and its song a lot better, personally.

That’s what I think of, too, when I hear that song.

Does anyone know where to find
the 2007 season WGN video recap? I looked and can’t seem to find it anywhere.

WGN pulled rank on that one
Every now and then someone will put it on YouTube, but it never lasts long due to copyrighting. That’s a great song on it though. Straightlines by Silverchair.

You're welcome X 3
I didn’t make the video; someone posted it last season in another Cubs community and that is where I snagged it.
