Quentin looks like Canseco up there...

and he shows he’s nothing but a mistake-hitting hack, popping up on the first pitch. Inning over.

All things considered..

We’re tied and since the first we’re hitting much better than them.. I still have a good feeling about this game.. Have to win a few ugly ones through a season.

Me too. It is annoying as hell.

Embarrassing to say, but when I get nervous, i cover up the portion that tells me what each pitch is, adn then I close my eyes and hope. Cant do that on this version. I need help.

Rotation is not good enough, with or without Zambrano

4/5’s of the rotation are 5 and 6 inning pitchers max. We are in BIG trouble of Ryan Dempster isn’t able to sustain his top flight performance over the first 3 months.

Absolutely MUST add a frontline starting pitcher.

GET Rich Harden !!! 11 starts, 5-0, 57 IP, 83 Ks, 2.15 ERA !!!

I hear the A's will take

E-Pat, Murton, Gallagher and Hoff for Hardin, well they would have but
then Dodgers offered Andruw Jones and Nomar and Billy is going to take them instead.

what do i have against him?

am i really in the minority here?!? in my circle of cubs fans he is HATED….not saying you guys are wrong, i’m just really surprised…..

my problem with him is all of his giants/dback stories, they get so old….yah we get it bb, you won a world series and i’m jealous…..he talks as if he was the best catcher to ever play

really?

b/c i’ve NEVER gotten the “i was so great” vibe from Brenley. Ever. I find him self deprecating and charming with lots of fun “when i played” stories.

about the how you know your team and stuff.

To me, stories like “when i played” or ‘when i was younger” are what baseball is all about, thats how I learned the game.

Well, FOX and the rest of the national media should really just do what NBC

did a couple of years ago and simply just broadcast only Yankees and Red Sox games….they already act like the rest of the country doesn’t exist anyways…...I can’t wait for a year when both the Yankees and Red Sox are both terrible…..
