I would of liked to see a bit more from Dome/Soto.

But Big Z looked like a stud and we now only have 3 players left to worry about injuries.

What he said roughly was;

- Bad result, as I am not very good recently
- my first hit in ASG should be next year, want to try all my best to be selected again
- All of my effort in the rest of this year is dedicated to Cubs win.

How does it work with owners getting inducted into the Hall? Do they have to wait a certain number of years after they have sold the team before going in? Doesn’t seem too fair if that is required as I would imagine a lot of owners die while still owning the team.

That's true too.

Some of these pitchers are easier to run on.

You’d think we’d be doing more pick off throws though. We know they’re running at this point.

It's also probably more difficult to make a good throw with a pitcher you aren't used to...

like the pitch may come in slower, or at a slightly different angle…that would seem to affect the catcher’s ability to catch someone stealing.

Small-ball is generally considered things like...

...bunting for a base hit, situational hitting, hit and runs, stolen bases – all that stuff that people do when they aren’t any good at baseball.

Big dumb sluggers take walks because they don’t swing at bad pitches. Small ball players lack the discipline to be big dumb sluggers.
