Rich Harden Fever, Catch It !!!!!!!!!!
Who is still available to pitch for the NL? AL?
And actually available…though I didn’t think demp would be pitching at all
Zambrano viciously attacked a pair of watercoolers for the crime of being within his line of vision. It was a classic battle of man versus inanimate object.
Hate to say it but Marmol is still available.

Answering my own question
Sherril, Soria, Kazmir
Cook, Lidge, Marmol, Lincecum (not available), Webb (pitched sunday)
Zambrano viciously attacked a pair of watercoolers for the crime of being within his line of vision. It was a classic battle of man versus inanimate object.
OK...worst case scenario.
What happens if this thing goes 12? 13?
Could Marmol have to go 1 IP +???

Not like, say, Christian Guzman, who probably isn’t any better than a dozen or so guys who have never played outside of a bus league. Christian Guzman is lucky to be in baseball.
True
But he has played his entire career in Minny and Washington. I still think Navarro is worse. Plus, he is Washington’s token rep. They really shoulda taken a pitcher

Stick it up your keyster
Billy Wagner, with a long pole. You overpaid, overhyped, piece of shit (sorry Al – please excuse the profanity in this case).
Again.
He gave up a seeing eye grounder single and a double on a pitch at the ankles. The steal, let’s blame Wags for the steal.
But…it’s good hitting from Longoria and a lucky break for Sizemore. Not sure we can blame Wagner.

If you want to watch people playing hard...
...watch the celebrity softball game. Everyone in that game was playing their asses off. Whoopie Goldberg gave everything to turn a double play. It was gritty. It was scrappy. I’d rather watch rookie league ball.
Uggla goes deep in the top of the 13th
And Marmol retires the side in order in the bottom half.

It seems like (attempted) steals are often questionable calls
whether safe or out. It’s not always obvious from the replay, though this one was pretty compelling.
The Umps
have been very “liberal” at 2nd base.
