Soriano's Return
I wrote a lengthy FanPost accompanying this, but the online editor ate it. So I'm just gonna post this quick link here about Soriano saying he may play rookie ball when the Cubs are in Arizona next week.

That makes sense.
He can travel with the team and management can watch him, since the AZL games are during the day while the Cubs are playing at night.

Sounds good to me.
At this point there is no reason to rush him. Let him get some healthy at bats against live pitching. Probably the first time this year the schedule didn’t work against us.

Although, if you read the first sentence of the Yahoo! Sports story carefully, you will be quite perplexed. Soriano seems to have found himself in a bit of a temporal conundrum.
