Utterly OT -- Wife's surgery
Hi, everyone. We're back from the hospital, and Laura is doing fine. The surgery went very well, although she's going to need another round of particularly unpleasant medicine (not chemo or anything like that). I'd like to note for the record that she wore an Aramis Ramirez tshirt to the hospital.
:)

A little late to the game here, but offering up best wishes for a continued good recovery nonetheless
But let’s cut to the chase here Drew. This recovery stuff is all well and fine, but I think what every BCBer wants to know and just doesn’t know how to ask it is…
When Laura was in the hospital and all hooked up to everything, was she working the phones a la Hendry, trying to get some bullpen help and a RH bat for the bench? ;-)
