I don't have MLB.TV, but I had the same problem with Gameday Audio
I called them multiple times, then I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor escalated my problem to “tier 2 tech support”. After losing my initial e-mail reply, they finally called me back and helped me figure out my problem. (Tier 2 folks really know what they’re talking about.)
In my case, it had to do with some combination of an outdated Java platform and my firewall. Also, she had me disable Silverlight—it seems to do more harm than good.
I had to disable my Windows (XP) firewall and cut my Kaspersky firewall to minimal protection to make it work. Apparently, the new system streams something that some firewalls regard as a threat. She said that firewalls have been one of the biggest problems with the 2008 products.
"I've never complained about it. I'm thankful to have a jersey." Mark DeRosa, 22 Aug 2007
I just uninstalled
and reinstalled silverlight and nexdef and still nothin. the screen is just blank. but I have Kaspersky too maybe that’s it
i would call...
customer service…they are good, they will help. they helped me once

Try this.
Uninstall Silverlight, and disable the Windows XP firewall.
In Kaspersky, put the Firewall on “low security”, check “Enable filtration system”, uncheck “Enable Intrusion detection System, uncheck “Enable Popup Blocking”, and uncheck “Enable Anti-Banner”. You might need to restart for that to take effect.
You probably need NextDef—not sure, as I only have Gameday Audio and don’t need it.
If that doesn’t work, call MLB Tech Support and immediately ask to speak with a supervisor. They can elevate problems. If you call during “business hours” they may be able to forward you to tier 2 immediately.
"I've never complained about it. I'm thankful to have a jersey." Mark DeRosa, 22 Aug 2007
where do i diasble
the windows XP firewall? Internet options then Privacy? On hold with mlb tech support right now
Don't disable the firewall
It is probably Silverlight. You need to uninstall it and run the older media center interface. Silverlight is still very buggy (it is technically a beta software … which leads me to believe that MLB.com is crazy to put it in as the primary interface.)
Uninstall Silverlight under control panel – add remove programs.
Reboot.
Log back into MLB. It will ask if you want to run the older media center of silverlight interface. Pick media center.
Have fun!
I want my Macias!

Dome's diary up
Good morning….
I just put up quick summery of Dome’s recent diary from ASG. Hope he can go out of his slump asap…
Last Sunday was our regional high school baseball final match for National Koshien Tournament (Final Four equivalent in Japan), and the team managed by my friend won first time in 11 years, beating Spring National Champion team by the score of 5-2. It was very first time for my friend in his 30 years of management career in 4-5 schools, as he is known as silver medal collector. We had dinner on Friday and he was so happy. Their ace pitcher is another top draft candidate, throws 95mph fastball, very well-located cut ball, change up, splitter and nasty slider.
I'm bleeding Dragons Blue.
Thanks again for the diaries, Dragons
and what a great day for you and your friend! Isn’t it great to share memories like that?

like another 2-4 road trip.
Ugh…
How do the Cardinals keep winning on the road with their pitching. I guess Pujols never slumps for long…

Don't worry -
we’ll “get ‘em tomorrow” – right guys?
A team psychologist could hypnotize them into thinking their road games are at Wrigley?
It is 3 innings
X 3.
When you see some signs of life, let us know.
well, maybe Z can have a nice short inning here and
we can turn this momentum around.
The Cubs do tend to look lethargic on the road, more often than not. We have to break that trend…the sooner the better!
THIS IS OUR CENTURY!!
Great.
Maybe you’ll bring them some luck now.

Tonight's play exemplifies
what some of us have been discussing since the ASG:
by the years’ end, if this holds true to form, if the team is not around .500 on the road – the Division will be tough odds to win. Especially this year.
Just reality
Reality bites. Its a looong season, and the Cubs will certainly be in the hunt. Wake up and smell the coffee.
Hey I'm fine.
It is what it is. Complaining in post after post doesn’t change things.

Thank you for not
referring to him as “Onedec”.
Patience
This team better get less aggressive early in the count and much, much more selective or this road trip, and this division lead, is going to whittle to nothing. There is no reason Ronny Cedeno should ever swing the bat unless he has two strikes on him. He isn’t a home run threat, he isn’t a run producer. He has to approach AB’s like he’s a pitcher and let them throw him three strikes to beat him. Same for Reed Johnson, same for Theriot, same for Fontenot to some extent.
Who needs a stinkin' tag line? What are they for anyway?
a hit and run would have seemed like a good call there
Lou seems to be a little slump of his own.

Honestly,
considering they are right now 15-15 with Soriano out, they have done remarkably well.
He makes the lineup so much stronger when he’s on.
Unreal, this is disgusting! We are in big trouble, we don’t look good at all, and the way we play on the road is just awful!
Not to worry -
we’ll get ‘em tomorrow.
Soriano is back next Thursday or Friday. Hopefully we’ll still be in or near first by then.
I got someone for everyone to blame!!
My dad!!!!!!!!
My trip to Wrigley was for the Giants series last weekend.
His flight was delayed and he didn’t show up to Wrigley until the 6 inning last Sat when it was 7-0 Cubs.
He saw a 7-1 game in favor of the Cubs. But ever since then, the Cub haven’t been the same.
Place your blame on him!!!!!!!!!! LOL
What's Zambrano's pitch count?
