how can it be a quality start

IF HE GIVES UP THE GAMEWINNING HOMERUN???

I have no issue with Harden, if he can stay healthy, which is something I hope for, but do not expect.

But he does not walk on water, and he’s not the best pitcher in baseball. The best starting pitchers in baseball go deeper in the games they start.

you have to admit it's a possibility. he'd be eligible to come back on Sunday.

I could see it happening if Lou can’t decide what position player goes when Sori comes back. That way he doesn’t have to decide until Sunday.

Part of the answer is to focus on manufacturing runs. With guys like Theriot, Kosuke, DeRosa and Reed Johnson we should be able to do that in games. Surely Lou Piniella understands this.
