I give it to Marlins TV though

They have been giving the cubs props where and when called for. Good crew if you ask me.

I agree

They’ve been pretty informative, and impressively objective on things like the varying strikezone. It’s nice when the opposing TV isn’t a painful experience, and these guys definitely aren’t.

The Magic Number is now 36 after 9 straight road wins!

GO CUBS GO!! GO CUBS GO!! Hey Chicago what’d’ya say… The Cubs just went out and won today!

(Or Sean Gallagher territory… or Koyie Hill territory… or probably more popular, SARGE!!!! (Gary Matthews Sr.) terriroty, as all wore #36, of course.)

Shaky outing for Woody but a win is a win, and now we root for the Dodgers to knock around Manny Parra. Lets go Chad Billingsly!!! (There should be a game thread for that one, if I do say so myself, as the Dodgers are red hot and the Brewers are as well… I know i’ll be following it closely.)

One thing you learned as a Cubs fan: when you bought you ticket, you could bank on seeing the bottom of the ninth.

Isn’t he a thousand years old by now.

The fact that only five of the cast are still with us is a little depressing, especially when you consider that the cast contained every single actor and actress in the history of film.

Dodger Stadium = Jerkapalooza

The Dodger fans that go have no knowledge of the game or the other teams. Nor do they have an appreciation for good players on the opposition. They’re like “We don’t care who’s on the other team, and besides if they’re not on the Dodgers then they suck”.

And what was said about the stadium experience is very true – they just want you to cheer obnoxiously whenever LA does something good and boo whatever the other team does.
