I give it to Marlins TV though
They have been giving the cubs props where and when called for. Good crew if you ask me.
The power of...
the RALLY CAP!!.. Listening to the game on mlb radio…. grabbed the cap flipped inside out and the next thing you know HOME RUN!!!!
2 Observations:
1) Gaudin, he’s the “win” vulture
2) I hate one-run road saves — they make me REALLY nervous (per my name)

it's Woody
in spite of 20+ pitches yesterday. Lou wants to get him “back on the horse”
THIS IS OUR CENTURY!!
I'm only listening to the game on the internet feed
how many Cubs fans are in the stands? Sounds like a home game.

(Or Sean Gallagher territory… or Koyie Hill territory… or probably more popular, SARGE!!!! (Gary Matthews Sr.) terriroty, as all wore #36, of course.)
Shaky outing for Woody but a win is a win, and now we root for the Dodgers to knock around Manny Parra. Lets go Chad Billingsly!!! (There should be a game thread for that one, if I do say so myself, as the Dodgers are red hot and the Brewers are as well… I know i’ll be following it closely.)

The fact that only five of the cast are still with us is a little depressing, especially when you consider that the cast contained every single actor and actress in the history of film.

Those numbers seem off
That means they’d each be over 65 years old. Moyer is 45 and Maddux is 42 (I think).

It's been a long road back to .500 away from Wrigley
Now let’s get over .500 this weekend and stay there the rest of the way
"I don’t believe that things go your way," said Lou Piniella, the Cubs manager.

"GO DODGERS!" (just like it was screamed in my face at dodger stadium)
"We're thinner than people think we are."- Lou Pinella
Dodger Stadium = Jerkapalooza
The Dodger fans that go have no knowledge of the game or the other teams. Nor do they have an appreciation for good players on the opposition. They’re like “We don’t care who’s on the other team, and besides if they’re not on the Dodgers then they suck”.
And what was said about the stadium experience is very true – they just want you to cheer obnoxiously whenever LA does something good and boo whatever the other team does.
