You could start doing quotes...
Santo- “THIS IS THE YEAR!”
I have discovered in twenty years of moving around a ball park, that the knowledge of the game is usually in inverse proportion to the price of the seats. ~Bill Veeck
Just google “baseball quote” and you can find numerous quotes. Even wonder off of baseball if you want… Or take some off the top of your head or something you just heard.
MAybe even a “Stat of the Day”. Just some ideas…

My favorite quote about baseball from a movie, with a little swearing:
Crash Davis: Well, I believe in the soul, the cock, the pussy, the small of a woman’s back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days.

Example- BCB member love the ivy became a Cubs fan 30 years ago because of her love for Harry Caray’s voice. This might get people to put more info in their profiles as well. It’s nice to get a little background and feel for fellow BCBers.
