disagree. first ARam can't venture off second until he

is sure the ball is past the first baseman. Once it is past him, it is a hard liner to right. No time for ARam to score. Quade made the right call. ARam had NO jump on that play. If the first baseman catches that, you’d be mad at ARam for getting doubled off. Some of you can’t be pleased no matter what happens.

Alright Teddy.

Wasn’t expecting a hit anyway… Get some outs quick & let’s get those bats back up to the plate, with Fonzie leading off next inning. Got through the pitchers spot, I like it.

when you make that much money

giving some of it away doesn’t lower your jackass quotient

by horace tarbox on Aug 2, 2008 1:00 PM CDT reply actions

what would? Buying you a muzzle?

As I've told you before, I never repeat myself.

by santoswoodenlegs on Aug 2, 2008 1:00 PM CDT up reply actions

it's possible

to root for someone on the team you root for and still accept that he’s an idiot. as a matter of fact, it seems to me that it’s impossible to root for any pro sports teams these days without being able to do that.

by horace tarbox on Aug 2, 2008 1:04 PM CDT up reply actions

Any chance you're going to explain WHY you think Soriano is a Jackass-Idiot?

or are we going to be teated to the never-ending flow of compaints? I wish MDBNIU was back.

As I've told you before, I never repeat myself.

by santoswoodenlegs on Aug 2, 2008 1:06 PM CDT up reply actions

My Question:

What is YOUR jackass quotient?

It has to be off the freaken chart

I am sure

he donates a higher percentage of his salary then you do

by bheidge on Aug 2, 2008 1:02 PM CDT up reply actions

i also

took exception to his performance in last year’s playoffs

by horace tarbox on Aug 2, 2008 1:01 PM CDT reply actions

What about the performance

Of pretty much every Cub in last year’s playoffs?

Borowy . . .Sutcliffe . . .Harden?

by Josh Timmers on Aug 2, 2008 1:03 PM CDT up reply actions

you're absolutely right

they all choked. none of them make quite as much money, but they did choke collectively.

by horace tarbox on Aug 2, 2008 1:05 PM CDT up reply actions

This is one thing I don't understand.

Well, okay, that and white people. But other than that, I don’t understand why some people decide to like ballplayers more the less money they make.

by cwyers on Aug 2, 2008 1:06 PM CDT up reply actions

His? HIS?...are you joking?

Because I sort of remember the entire freaking lineup not doing anything. But yeah…just call him out…classy.

As I've told you before, I never repeat myself.

also does anyone know what will happen to the budweiser building now that it’s been sold? will it be torn down to make fancy condos?

Wish I could watch this game

blacked out. but I am compensated by getting the thrilling matchup consisting of White Sox vs Royals. Cant wait.

Rookie of the Year

I posted yesterday that Henry Rowlengarner (Thomas Ian Nicholas) sang the 7th inning stretch yesterday. I was flipping through channels and saw that Rookie of the Year is on ABC Family.
