Big Olympics fan

Was lucky enough to go to the last three. Not making the trip to Beijing, but I’ll be watching as much of it on TV as I can.

If anybody ever gets the chance to attend an Olympics in person, do it. You’ll never regret it or forget it.

by Not Bruce Froemming on Aug 4, 2008 7:57 PM CDT up reply actions

I'll be watching...

I went to high school with Lolo Jones who won olympic trials in the 100 hurdles. So i’ll have a very close eye on her and all track and field races since i’m a runner myself.

Why is ESPN showing the Rays/Indians?

You’ve got to figure that, given they are showing the Cubs, the audience would be more interested in the Reds/Brewers.

Oh, I forgot. It’s the Red Sox network. I’ll try and do better with that.

They showed it for a little while.

I bet they’re only allowed to show 5-10 minutes of each game.
