When the guy is healthy, I'd honestly put him #1

Keep in mind that he isn’t even using his most dominating pitch (slider) nowadays; it’s all fastballs and variations of his changeup.

Obviously, he can’t use it because it’s too much strain on his arm, but it’s pretty crazy to think about.
