haven't seem

him around these parts lately. Though, the kids always say they can see his ghost appear from time to time. He never sticks around long enough to do anything notable though so they just ignore it as an old man’s tale. The one about when Howry was a good reliever.

I think what I like best about this pic

is that everyone around him is milling around getting ready to leave. Makes me wonder if he was still standing there arms stretched up holding the sign until the janitors were sweeping and they turned out the lights. He has that kind of loving determination about him.

i was there over summer....

i had gone to the west end of US 6 on way to Death Valley. UNFORTUNATELY, they have NO SUCH SIGN at the east end. There is NO SIGN indicating the end of us 6 or the distance to cali – no imagination!

It does

feel epic, not sure what Ronnie was talking about. Our four game lead felt like 4 inches, but these 8 games feel pretty darn good
