I don't think MLB can take down the website...
The domain is registered outside of the USA I think, though I’m not sure if the DNS servers are inside or outside of the USA. I’m not sure if they are using P2P or something else.
I used it for the Milwaukee game…but I had to search around for the exact place on the site to get it.
