I'm worried about tonight.
If this was football, we’d call it a “trap” game. We’re riding high, our opponent is down. Our number five pitcher vs. their number two. They need the game much more than we need it.

There, I said it proudly.

for the game I will be at on Friday. I was thinking along the lines of the awesome pac man graphic from last year. The one with pac man being the Cubs sign and he is eating all the other teams. I know that after tomorrows game it will be easier to decide on this particular one. Any ideas are appreciated. Also according to the schedule, it will be on Comcast. Perhaps some catchy phrase including CSN?

Did Sheets look like he was hurt during the last inning?
I didn’t notice anything.
Hey, it's a new century!
They say he hurt himself batting.

I'm really afraid he got Yosted during the season--throwing too much.
Yost, you were an awful manager.

And yet...
Supposedly, one of the reasons he was fired, was for not using him on short rest recently.

Watching the Milwaukee broadcast
Sheets has a heating pad on his elbow, supposedly grimaced after DeRo’s flyout.
What's up
With Sheets? I just got home and turned on the game, and Len & Bob were saying he was gone?
Sheets out of the game!
Have to admit. They get the lead and now this happens. The Brewers just don’t have it going for them right now.

I commented over @ Other BCB today...and my post was deleted. It wasn't in the ballpark of "offensive", either.

There's a diary saying "Thank You Cubs Fans"
for getting Yost fired. The thread also called Cubs fans names and stuff, nothing too out of the ordinary. I said you are welcome for helping getting Yost canned, and they can bitch about Cubs fans while our team is busy taking victories. That’s it.

Remember when Yost had Sheets pitch over a 100 pitches after he injured
his groin? ESPN thinks his groin was reinjured.
