Does anyone have a copy of "Forever Cubs"?

Does anyone have a copy of "Forever Cubs" that aired

on WGN this year?

My daughter had an accident with the DVR last night, and now my copy of the show is gone. Checked the WGN site, and don't see a listing for them re-broadcasting it.

Does any BCB'er have a copy that they could burn a dvd for me?

I would be happy to pay for your trouble. I loved that program, and would love to get it back somehow. Thanks.

If I can find a way to burn to DVD….and I wouldn’t charge.

I just did not want to lose it forever. Don’t waste any time on trying to dvd it. We are all busy.

Which one was that?

I have alot of those specials that I recorded and encoded. I also have Wait ’Til Next Year: The Saga of the Chicago Cubs that I got off of HBO a year or so back.

You Mean Cubs Forever the WGN & Cubs for 60 years special?

I lost it too, and I had it recorded on two DVRs

They last re-aired it in August and no plans for another re-air yet. Anyone got the WGN contact emails to see if we can convince them to air it again?

I've been looking everywhere

online for a copy of Wait ‘Til Next Year….I’ve been able to survive with the copy on HBO OnDemand – but that just expired.

I got it on my TiVo now

But I can’t remove them easily, sadly, due to HBO’s copy right restrictions.

As stated above

I have a copy of it. I can send it to whoever wants it through www.yousendit.com or make a torrent. It is the fullscreen version though.

that would be awesome

I’d love to be able to burn a copy of it – since it doesn’t appear to be for sale

as for WGN....

Did they air a tribute to the 2008 season like they always do? I didn’t see one after yesterday’s game and figured I missed it. Does anyone have a link to it if they did?? Any help would be appreciated.

What was cool

What was cool is they dubbed in Pat and Ron’s call of the final out of the clincher.

Let’s hope they do the same for each step.

Thngs of worth are worth fighting for regardless of the odds.

That's the book, which comes with a DVD

but it only has interviews and no game footage. It is not the same as the program that aired on WGN. (Although reports are that the book is very good.)

My next sig line quote will also be from Lou Piniella, and the first word will be either "Look", or "Listen", followed by a comma.
